Head - Fulfillment Center - eCommerce

Description: 

We are looking for Head Operations, E fulfilment with at least 5+ plus years of eCommerce operations experience with at least 2 to 3 years of experience in pan-India responsibility for a brand in India to manage the operations across formats and ensure business growth and profitability through existing as well as new formats.

Responsibilities :

- Shall be responsible for pan India operation team development and management.

- He or She will drive systems, processes and reporting structures required to manage large scale operations.

- Should be process driven with most efficient systems in place.

- He would be responsible for development of Pan India fulfilment centres and ensure the smoothness in running the operations.

- Setting up e-commerce operations which includes warehousing, fulfilment, payments, customer service, order fulfilment and deliveries services.

- Identify, evaluate negotiate and manage strategic 3PL Vendors for Pan India & Global Order fulfilment and delivery.

Requirements:

- The candidate should be experienced in working in an e-commerce/marketplace model of business in the order fulfilment and operations department.
