Own the Investor proposal for the brand and convert to closure with clear terms and conditions that will meet the objective of the investor (franchise) and the brand.
1. Generate leads and pipeline of prospects through marketing efforts.
2. Convert the leads for meeting the growth plans.
3. Establish the working relationship for the mutual success of the franchise and the brand working in tandem with the Operations team
4. Deliver on growth plans with market penetration and geographical expansion
- Should have franchise business development experience in Retail preferably food or non food grocery
Qualification & Experience:
Should be Graduate or MBA with 12 to 15 years in the Retail industry with strong exposure to business development through Franchise model from food and groceries.
