Head - Franchise Business Partner - Healthcare

Job Description:

- Develop and lead the franchise partner business for Zeno and deliver the newer growth vertical by opening 1 lac franchise partners across India and abroad.

- Drive the complete business operations, own P&L and take strategic decision for growth

- Build and lead team with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, business Development, training and other functions

- Create strategy and master plan to generates Franchise Partners leads for the zone in accordance with business plan

- Create and execute plans to drive business growth for partners so that they maintain their sales trajectories along with sales and marketing team

- Set up system and process to ensure brand partners adhere to highest quality standards of Zeno and give similar consumer experience across their stores

- Setup up system, process and KPIs to gauge success of franchise partners and continuously deliver on those metrics

- Identify potential collaborations, inorganic pathways to fast track the franchise partner program.

Desired Experience, Skills and Expertise:

- 8+ years of experience in managing business with P&L ownership

- Proven track record of building teams, setting up business process and delivering business goals

- Demonstrated execution capabilities

- Good problem solving skills

- Passion to win

- Innovative thinking

Bachelors or Master degree from top tier colleges
