Qualification- Msc/ Mpharm and Ph.D

Reports to - Plant Head and MD

1. To scientifically plan, lead, co-ordinate & execute research programmes utilizing the modern technologies and tools leading to development of bio pharmaceutical products and process for clinical use.

2. The research programmes are to be designed as per the company’s requirements (novel and generic).

3. Must be able to design innovative strategies & achieve goals in defined timelines.

4. Proper planning, execution and monitoring all research activities are essential component on frequent basis.
