Head - Formulation & Development - FMCG

Key skills :

Experience in personal care formulation development, including at least 3 years in leadership roles

As overall in charge of formulation development across all product categories, identify unique product opportunities and lead the creation of innovative, efficacious products

- Lead a team of formulation chemists to deliver development projects on time, within cost and first-time- right in terms of manufacturing scale-up

- Establish SOPs for product development, quality assurance and product testing

- Lead troubleshooting of product quality or production issues

- Conceptualize and execute value engineering projects

- Develop a vendor base of top quality, sustainably sourced raw material
