1. Manage business unit top and bottom line growth, with full responsibility for P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow
2. Lead development and execution the BU strategic plan and budget
3. Lead by example the development of a - safety first- culture, where awareness, skills and performance increase year on year across all business areas,
4. Provide leadership and support to the Factory & Logistic teams to ensure high quality products are manufactured and delivered in a safe, hygienic, efficient manner to customers.
5. Coach support, and lead direct reports and wider teams, and offer input and appropriate challenges to all parts of the business.
6. Drive transformation of the business to a channel focus sales & marketing structure serving B2B customers (primarily foodservice industry)
7. Monitor and support the successful implementation of an ERP model in the business unit
8. Play a leading role in the development of the product portfolio to support business expansion
9. Provide leadership and support to Sales Division torevise current strategies and practices aiming to grow sales and customer service with existing key accounts, and drive sales in new channels.
10. Develop and Manage key internal & external stakeholders relationship, including key external regulators, key customers and key suppliers
