- This role is a highly challenging and requires excellent business acumen both in terms of business development / sales and Commercial sense.
- The incumbent would be responsible to identify wide range of FMCG products ranging from Personal care, Staples, Foods & Beverages including biscuits and Snacks for Private Label business division for the organisation.
- Those who have worked in Product / Brand Management with an eye on NPD would exactly fit into this role.
- This role also envisages to identify the TPU / Contract Manufacturers and involve from grass root level in taking trials, assessing the facility from quality, product speciality, commercial viability and long term contracts etc.
- Preference for hardcore FMCG Sales/ marketing professionals with proven track record in New Product Development. Also those who have worked in Retail sector / large FMCG companies handling Private Label Business.
- Those willing to relocate to Kolkata only respond.
