Head - Fixed Income Trading Desk - Bank Treasury

Responsibilities:

Head Fixed Income trading Desk - proprietary

- Head a team of 8-10 member team looking after all aspects of INR fixed income desk which includes G-Sec, OIS, NDOIS, IRF, CBLO, CROMS Investments

- Risk weighted outperformance of benchmark indices

- Generate delta and spread trading.

- Developing strategies, demonstrating it to management and deploying them in market to meet the PnL objectives of the desk

- Responsible for spread trading strategies like bond-swap spread and FD/MF credit spread

- Alpha generation using quant trading models with mandate to cultivate a team focused on alpha generation strategies

- Ensuring regulatory compliance applicable to NBFCs where regulators are Exchanges and RBI

Looking for someone with 8+ years experience in trading in fixed income in bank treasury
