Head - Finishes - Civil/Architect

- Applying the creative side to ensure finishes for a state of the art world class Hospital facilities.

- Ensure the best & the most artistic interiors and upholstery as a 360-degree finishes Head.

- Company organization and system establishments.

- Preparation of costing and proposals.

- Technical negotiations with Clients/Consultants/Architects.

- Interior Construction Management.

- Scheduling of projects and monitoring.

- Leading the Procurement of materials.

- Alignment with Projects construction team & leaders.

- Valuations of projects handling and billing.

- Quality control and assurance.

- Exposure to Contract Administration , Management and Contractor sourcing

- Familiar with Sourcing of local/Imported high end Materials/process and Installation.

- Overseas experience and Exposure in associating with Foreign Consultants is more preferable

- Independently handled the Projects at the Project site in the past 10 years and exhibited Good team Player skills.

- Knowledge of MEP and the Coordination with MEP/Other Project Participants

- Lead the Site team including MEP/Finishes/Civil/Structural etc/Coordination etc

- Must be able to comment on the Value engineering Proposals and suggest for betterment

- Exposure to BIM will be added advantage

- Experience in handling Fast track projects.

- Knowledge of Method statement/SOP's and Quality Assurance & Control System.

- Knowledge of Lighting/Landscape related works

- Project Monitoring Through MS Project/Primavera/Identify the key milestones/Productivity improvement etc.

- Risk Identification and Mitigation Plans

- Contract Administration and Handing over formalities

- Proven track record of identifying the snag and rectification before handover with Excellent Tracking System.

- Candidate must have minimum 20 years of hands on experience in Interior/Exterior Executed high end finishes at Hotel/Healthcare Projects with Good Communication & Leadership Skills
