Head of Financial Systems

- One of esteemed clients (A Technology/Automation Solution provider/Data Analytics & Data Management company, has more then 200+ professionals working at Noida & Nagpur locations. The company is operational from 2011 and fast growing and helping small to medium enterprise companies in India, Europe, Middle East, Africa, Asia, and Australia.

- Due to expansion plans company is looking at hiring "Head of Financial Systems" to be based in Noida or Nagpur (As per candidates preference). This is a senior management role and will involve heavy senior stakeholder management with excellent know-how on financial systems , Accounting standards and Leadership Qualities managing multiple geographies.

Job Description:

1. Ensure the best practices and continuous improvement of financial systems

2. Leading projects, collaborating with teams, implementing changes, and stabilizing processes

3. Automate existing processes and ensure financial systems

4. Escalate financial systems issues and apply systems expertise to resolve them

5. Ensure global consistency wherever possible, and perform regular system audits

6. Identify opportunities for commercializing data within the group and perform ad-hoc data reporting responsibilities

8. Ensure financial systems contain the relevant financial controls and segregation of duties to reduce risks within the business

Skills required:

1. Accounting qualification

2. Previous experience of managing large financial system / ERP change projects, ideally across multiple geographies

3. At least 10 years' experience of working closely with financial systems - needs to understand the landscape and know what good looks like

4. Previous experience of Power BI, SQL, Sage X3 or SAC an advantage

5. Honest, accountable, and self-driven - comfortable working under time pressure and willingness to, where necessary, adopt a 'sleeves rolled-up' approach

6. Good communication skills, presence, and challenging style - will need to develop and lead systems training

7. Ability to demonstrate an energetic partner-orientated approach'.
