Head - Financial Reporting - FMCG

A leading MNC telecom company is looking for a Head Financial Reporting based at its corporate office.

Reports to - Group Financial Controller

CTC INR 50-60 lacs pa

- Ensuring compliance with accounting policies as required under Indian GAAP

ESSENCE OF ROLE- Key Accountabilities

- Accounting policies - Maintaining all Group policies and procedures relating to financial reporting

- Analysis of reported information - Ensuring consistency across circles in financial reporting

- Liaising with Group Reporting - Liaising with Group Reporting Team for various financial reporting related matters

- Improving financial reporting process - Developing / improving financial reporting process to collate the required data from circles and reporting the same to the Group

- Development of team - Developing team members for IGAAP and IFRS reporting

TYPICAL OUTPUTS

- Accounting guidance notes for various transactions

- Action plans for IT team for developing the financial reporting process

- Presentations for circles for exceptional transactions

Requirement

- CA with 12-16 yrs post qualification experience.

- Preference to candidates from Telecom,Pharma or FMCG companies at a senior level with experience in IGAAP, IFRS, good ERP knowledge.

- Exceptional interpersonal and outstanding communication skills and ability to handle multi locational teams.
