CA/MBA Full time - Head Financial Planning and MIS - Mumbai
1. Strategize and Build Finance Business Partnership with functional stakeholders
2. Ensure creation of robust and risk adjusted financial plans for the company on short term and long term basis
3. Act as a soundboard to CFO, Business Council and Cross Functional key stakeholders on key financial matters
4. Provide support & financial governance on strategic initiatives across organization
5. Be a key stakeholder in finance leadership team and be a great team leader.
Key functional Responsibilities
Business Partner:
1. Lead and Enable Finance Business Partnering with various departments
2. Translate business needs into financial strategy
3. Impart financial expertise for complex BAU activities
4. Enable and Support business processes with key stakeholders (SCM, Operations, Dev, HR)
Planning/Strategy/MIS:
5. Ensures alignment of the strategic plans and financial plans, across functions
6. Financial simulations and scenario building enabling effective decision making by senior management
7. Assist in formulating company's strategy by providing senior management data and insights for financial planning
8. Provide necessary inputs & drive 31Q planning exercise
9. Ensures effective cascade of the business plans with Operations Head and monitors performance measures
10. Help formulate quarterly business plans in line with Annual Financial Plan
11. Supervise development of store by store quarterly financial plans
Analytics:
12. Built a strong Analytics capability for the organization
13. Enabling stronger decision making basis data and intuition
14. Built Analytics road map with stakeholders defining problem statements to be resolved and future oriented
Other Functional Responsibilities:
15. Advise effective implementation of accounting policies, adherence to corporate policies and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) with Internal Controls and Head of Accounting and Tax.
16. Provides support to CFO in managing capex requests and budgeting processes
