Budgeting / Planning / System Implementation:

- Accountable for company's budgeting exercise and its periodic revision/projection/forecasting for overall management, variance analysis, reporting / controlling

- Framing Consolidated Budget and conducting detailed analysis of variance to determine difference between projected figures & actual expenditure and support in implementing corrective actions

- Performing detailed analysis of cost center/profit center and monitoring the budget; conducting root cause analysis of Variances - Played a major role in developing a system for the control and analysis of revenue-expenditure and Cross Charge / Transfer Pricing Monitoring

- Reviewing existing processes and leading the implementation of systems aimed at enhancing process and operational efficiency of the organization

- Significantly contributed for improvement of Budgetary System for monitoring, controlling and reporting for global consolidation Management Information System (MIS): - Subject Matter Expert (SME) Record to Report (R2R), Responsible for MIS on Financial performance compared to budget and past data for periodic / One-time requirement required for Global Profit Management

- Played a pivotal role in setting Consolidated Management Information System (MIS) in the organization

- Expertise in Process Reengineering: Continuous improvement in working system based on TQM learning to effectively utilize available resources and improve productivity & quality - Examining timely and accurate MIS reporting & analysis support to Top Management like Key Factor Report to highlight critical factors and areas of concern; assisting the management for effective decision-making and designing internal control by providing meaningful data

- Managing quality MIS reports for various functions related to company like inputs for Board Meeting (Operational & Financial Information and Analysis), Profitability Analysis (EBITDA

- Gap Bridge), Inter firm comparison, Benchmarking, Break Even Point (BEP at different product mix), Trend Analysis, MIS related to company performance e.g.- Profit Center Wise Profitability Analysis, Cost Center report, Cost of Quality report and many more

- Shouldering the responsibility of Reporting to external customer e.g. reporting to Parent Company, Banks, Government Agencies (Anti-Dumping Duty, Tariff Commission & Competition Commission Study)

Costing: - Responsible for Consolidated product-wise cost/margin, Standardized Costing for Group, cost inputs for product pricing, product mix analysis for profitable optimization, decision making costing and statutory cost records/ Cost Audit in the company

- Played a major role in suggesting and initiating Product/Process/Model-wise costing for Existing & New products in the company

- Excellence in analyzing & Improvement of product wise cost (including material cost, manufacturing cost, machine hour rate), Executing and leading numerous conversion projects for successfully improving product costing, overhead allocation, variance analysis and financial reporting

- Emerging all standard costing rates & product costs for a production facility; effectively controlling costs which ensuring proper costing of Product & Target Cost Management.

- Shouldering responsibility for Cost and Performance reports, cost benefits analysis and cost reduction studies of various areas, reconciliation of cost data with financial books (with variance reasons) & Inventory Management System at plant and job worker premises

- Providing support to Marketing & Purchase Department for matters related to pricing and negotiation - Instrumental in suggesting savings through wastage analysis, synergy creation, automation & system implementation
