Job Description :

- Head the Financial Planning and Analysis for a leading NBFC in the Indian market. Looking at candidates from NBFCs/Fintechs/Banks/PEs

Description

Strategic Financial Planning:

- Develop and implement the overall financial strategy aligned with the company's business objectives.

- Collaborate with senior management to provide financial insights and recommendations for strategic decision-making.

Budgeting and Forecasting:

- Lead the annual budgeting process, working closely with department heads to set financial targets.

- Develop robust forecasting models to provide accurate projections for short-term and long-term financial planning.

Financial Analysis:

- Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.

- Provide actionable insights on financial performance to support key business initiatives.

Management Reporting:

- Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports to senior leadership and the Board of Directors.

- Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor business performance.

Team Leadership:

- Build and lead a high-performing FP&A team, providing guidance, mentorship, and professional development.

- Foster a collaborative and results-driven culture within the team.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

- Collaborate with various departments, including finance, operations, and strategy, to ensure seamless integration of financial planning activities.

- Work closely with external stakeholders, including auditors and regulatory bodies, to ensure compliance and transparency.

Profile:

- Minimum of 12 years of post-CA qualification/MBA experience in financial planning and analysis roles.

- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification or MBA in Finance from a reputed institution is required.

- Proven experience in leading and managing FP&A functions in the financial services sector, preferably within an NBFC.
