This position will be based our of North West Delhi in Rohini for a Large Consumer Durable Indian MNC in Led Lighting, Inverter, batteries, water purifier .

Job Position: FP&A and MIS Head

FP&A and MIS Head is responsible for overseeing the entire planning, budgeting and forecasting cycle in line with the long term strategic goals and annual operating plan of the entire company. He is also responsible for performance management of organization and shall liaise effectively with the senior management to ensure efficient management reporting

Qualification

CA/CPA/CWA/MBA (Finance) with minimum 10 years experience

Work experience in FP&A and MIS preferred

- Excellent teamwork and communication skills

- Knowledge of accounting principles (GAAP and IFRS) and financial analysis

- Working knowledge of MS Office

- Basic knowledge in ERP system (SAP, RAMCO preferred)

Job Description

- Ensure development of company's long range plans and annual operating plan in consultation with CFO and other Business Heads

- Assist the management in formulation of business strategies and serve as a catalyst to drive forward initiatives critical to delivering the business strategy

- Provide financial counsel in determining feasibility and business impact of new initiatives on revenue and profitability

- Advise the business team on key business assumptions, challenges, risks, opportunities and help them in preparing the long term strategic plan for the organization

- Liaise closely with sales and marketing head in formulating sales strategies which achieve targets profitably

- Ensure timely and accurate preparation of budgets for each business unit and other cost centers with detailed driver based cost analysis

- Use MIS reports to provide insights and explain the financial performance of business to senior management as well as other business unit heads and suggest further actions

- Ensure identification, tracking and assurance of Financial KPI's to deliver performance improvement and cost savings initiatives

- Undertake measures for continuous improvement of FP&A and MIS functions aligned with changing business strategies and goals

Embed a culture of continuous process improvement for efficiency and effectiveness

Review forecasting and business modelling reports to get an idea of future expected business performance in different market conditions.
