Head - Financial Planning & Analysis - Manufacturing Firm

- The Finance Team is an integral part of the organization, providing insight supported by meaningful and accurate financial information to help guide and influence the decision-making process. The team partners with the senior management, category teams and functional teams across the organization.

- With this role, they are looking for a trusted and experienced finance professional who will lead the FPA Or Business finance function. This person will develop FPA function and gives vision to the same. The role will drive various functional initiatives, build and manage relationships with the category and functional teams, and take an active role in discussions at the senior level.

Responsibilities of this role will include:

- Leading developing FPA team

- Leverage PL knowledge to drive decisions

- Providing insightful analysis of business results to senior management and perform ad-hoc analyses that lead to problem solving and business improving recommendations

- Provide commercial support and manage the pricing process across the Company to ensure that margins are protected.

- Provide insight into levels of resources required to optimise profitability at both a gross margin and operating margin level.

- Implementing improved processes, systems and analytical tools to improve the quality of forecasts, budgets and financial analysis.

- Manage reporting and analysis process including periodic reporting, periodic forecast analysis and review deck preparation

- Lead strategic plan and AOP development, including deck analysis and deck preparation

- Period close activities to include working closely with the Controller group to ensure accuracy and completeness of entries

- Partner closely with cross-functional teams to manage PL expectations

- Work on key region customer initiatives to drive efficiency improvements

- Develop PowerPoint presentation to communicate business results and insights

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on ad-hoc projects as requested
