Role : Head - Financial Planning and Analysis

Location : Gurgaon (also required frequent to London)

CTC : Can go up to 1 Cr.

Job Description :

- We are looking for an experienced Head of Financial Planning and Analyst, who is passionate about leading, owning, and building world-class financial reporting, data analytics, budgeting, planning and forecasting processes and infrastructure.

- This position will also assist/oversee in the preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements and special projects as needed.

- The ideal candidate will be able to combine financial and analytical capabilities with a high level of emotional intelligence, to lead FP&A and Financial Reporting role and grow our business.

- Minimum 6-8 years of experience in a senior management role ideally with both Managerial Accounting and in-house financial management experience gained in a high-growth organization /start-up environment
