Head - Financial Planning & Analysis - D2C Startup - CA

Roles and responsibilities :

- Performs and analyzes financial modeling, variance analysis, forecasting, financial planning and expense comparisons by analysis of profit and loss statements

- Supporting preparation of relevant organization financial reporting, business planning & forecasting and supporting audits

- Preparing monthly/quarterly/ yearly reports, preparation of the strategic plans and the annual operating plan

- Conducts advanced trend analysis on financial data and operating performance and develops recommendations on improving efficiency and effectiveness against benchmark

Preferred Qualifications :

- 7 to 10 years of finance and accounting experience

- CA qualified with FP&A experience in industry is mandatory

- Working knowledge of SAP would be added advantage

- Prior experience in dealing and interacting with investors is preferred

- Strong, professional communication and writing skills

- Knowledge of Excel, PowerBI & PowerPoint
