Key Responsibilities:

Financial Planning and Analysis:

- Develop and implement financial strategies and plans.

- Analyze financial data and provide insights to help drive business decisions.

- Create and maintain financial models and forecasts.

- Monitor financial performance and provide regular reports to senior management.

Budgeting and Forecasting:

- Develop and manage budgets for the organization.

- Forecast future financial performance and provide insights to help guide business decisions.

- Monitor actual financial results against budget and forecast and recommend changes as needed.

Financial Reporting and Compliance:

- Prepare and submit financial statements and reports to relevant regulatory bodies.

- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and laws..

Requirements:

- Professional certification such as CA is must.

- Proven work experience of at least 4 years as a Finance and Accounts Manager.

- Excellent financial analysis and reporting skills.

- Strong understanding of financial regulations and laws.

- Advanced knowledge of accounting software.

- Excellent leadership and team management skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
