- Analyze current and past trends in key performance indicators including all areas of revenue, cost of sales, expenses and capital expenditures. - Oversee and manage the continued development of Budgeting, Financial Forecasting, Operating Plan and Modeling tool. - Monitoring the budget for all departments throughout the year e.g. shoot cost, product cost. Reporting - Building reports in MIS and analyzing those reports. - Strategic plan - Analyze and organize financial information to support the COO & MD forecast budgets. - Forecasting and Modeling - Create forecasts based on current and past financial results and critically examine them for correctness. - Collaborate with the Publishers, and COO for the Bi-monthly rolling forecast submission to HQ - Develop management dashboards & prepare monthly presentations to CxO level. - Develop and continually improve budgeting, financial projections, and operating forecast. - Present the monthly and quarterly financial reports of various units and departments. - Implement a business intelligence tool and dashboard reports. - Develop financial models and analyze them to support strategic initiatives. - Support the management team and the Heads of Department with data-driven analysis. - Liaise with auditors to ensure appropriate monitoring of finances. Job Specification - Qualified CA with 12 years of experience in FP&A or a similar role. An MBA in Finance will only be an advantage. - Experienced in Oracle EPM Software with Media experience will only be an advantage. However Oracle EPM is a must have. - Experienced in developing business models, consolidation models. - Excellent analytical skills: Able to structure and process qualitative and quantitative data and draw insightful conclusions. - Attention to details and focus on numbers & patterns. - Ability to plan, organize, schedule and drive projects. - Hands-on experience with financial software. - Should have demonstrated ability to quickly learn and adapt to new financial systems. - Experience in handling multiple business segments. - Experience in Financial Modelling will be an added advantage. - Strong business acumen, analytical and problem-solving skills. - Go-Getter - Needs to be Passionate and Proactive. - Excellent communication and presentation skills
