As an FP&A business partner Candidate will play the linking part between the finance organization and the senior leadership internal clients for controlling and improving the business results. Focus lies on providing robust financial analysis to support decision making for the company's overall business performance.

The company is looking for a seasoned professional as Head FP&A- India, West Asia and Africa to be based in its headquartered at Gurgaon. This position reports to CFO- India, West Asia and Africa and will have a team member. Key responsibilities are :

1) Prepare budget and ensure budgetary control

2) Partner with stakeholders to improve profitability year on year basis.

3) Prepare Profit analysis product wise, business wise and territory wise.

4) Prepare variance analysis and raise red flag to take corrective action.

5) Prepare MIS on regular intervals to enable management to take action to achieve business objective.
