Head - Financial Planning & Analysis

Principal Responsibilities

- Leading the the Financial Planning & Analysis function. Managing Budgeting, Forecasting, monthly US Reporting etc.

- Provide decision support analysis to the management team. Develop and align operational & financial metrics to measure performance of the business.

- Manage treasury for India including optimization of available resources within framework of Company policy. Work with US to ensure minimal risk and manage exposure at Group level (includes Hedging plan, etc)

- Handling a 3 member team.

Required Skills & Education

- Chartered Accountant

- Total experience of over 10 years.

- Atleast 4-5 years experience of handling similar role, should have played a key role in organisation's strategic planning.

- Strong business acumen with qualitative analytical skills.

- Managerial Courage

- Good change management Skills

- Ability to coach and develop team the members

Work Hours - 12 - 9 PM with Pick & Drop Facility Available by the company.

Location - Gurgaon.
