Head - Financial Performance Excellence - BFSI

- Ensure that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements, Operational Risk Framework and internal Policies and Standards

- Direct support for the Finance site head and specific sub-functional leads across India

- Support and facilitate the implementation of the India Finance Strategy

- Supporting cross-functional, regional and global key strategic projects

- Proven communication skills in dealing with local and global stakeholders across all levels.

- Experience of working independently to improve and enhance a process, including highly developed ability to review, analyse and provide innovate solutions across a wide range of areas

- Leading the India operational aspects, but also ensuring regional and global consistency of all of the above

- Help to articulate and embed the Finance vision and strategy within India

- Ensuring transparency around recharges for services from India to stakeholders

- Capacity planning and forecasting for the respective site

- Strong inclusive relationship required with HR business partners

- Monitoring, controlling and reporting headcount and costs for India Finance

- Develop an effective and impactful communication strategy for India across various channels, working closely with the India / Global

- Finance Communications team

- Challenging and questioning approach

- Experience in working within teams, managing teams across a matrix environment and across geographies
