Qualified as a Chartered accountant.

- Finance Controller will be Overseeing all Finance, Reporting, Legal, Taxation, Accounting, Compliances and Audit activities for the organization; monthly, quarterly and yearly closings.

- Successfully led business initiative to transition transactional accounting operations to a third party resulting in improved margins.

- Business structuring, framing policies, ensuring adherence to best practices and compliance reducing operational inefficiencies and improved business.

- Planning, Set up and Implementation of GST structure to the business and accounting systems.

- Support sales initiatives, strategize on partnership plans to retain client loyalty, increase market share and build revenues.

- Improved Team culture; motivated team to perform, assessing skill set, identifying talent gaps, reassigning portfolios and initiating job enrichment whilst ensuring clear communication channels and inspiring trust.

- Aligning all internal and external stakeholders and effectively managing expectations.

- Controlling Finance function as a whole.

- Ensuring all internal controls is in place as per SOP and Company Policy.

- Control on Cost of production by reviewing Actual COP and its major variances wrt Business plan on a weekly basis.

- Vendor management-On time payment, Periodical Reconciliation to avoid future contingencies.

- Trial Balance review and ensuring hygiene in books.

- Active participation in commercial negotiations and to contribute in price negotiation through internal costing and group benchmarking.

- Controlling capex proposals wrt capex Policy, payback and its capitalization.

- Analyzing various capex projects wrt NPV, IRR and payback period.

- Ensuring MIS and books closing as per defined target dates and submitting to Top Management with highlighting the concerns of area.

- Ensuring statutory compliance wrt Sales tax, TDS, Service tax and GST.

- Coordinating with Internal auditors in closing the audit reports ensuring higher rating of MIS and process audit. Also Coordinating statutory and SOX auditors and ensuring giving all details required on time for smooth closure.

- Elimination of manual activities by developing reports in ERPs.

- Handling All Insurance Claims

- Controlling Inventory management, which includes review at regular interval of non moving, slow-moving and obsolete items. Monitoring of by product and scrap material on regular basis ensuring their optimum realization.
