Our client is a US based multinational and a market leader in providing end-to-end business and market solutions to organizations across the globe.   To strengthen their talent pool within the organization they are looking to hire a superior talent who would come on board and lead their Financial Consulting Service Line. The details of the role are :   Designation : Head Financial Advisory & Consulting   Reports TO - Group CFO & GM   Responsibilities:   1. Dealing with international clients, not on the business development side but making their establishment in India easier on the financial side.  2. Advising clients before they enter the market.   3. Responsible for clients- accounting and payroll back office functions.   4. Setting up operations for clients in India as per strict adherence to clients delivery processes in accounting, payroll and tax services.  5. Managing direct and indirect tax regulatory compliance of foreign companies having Indian subsidiaries.   6. Managing a team and ensuring efficient & timely recording and maintenance of accounts in respect of all transactions.   7. Manage, support and expand financial consulting service line, Support the leadership team for expansion of Financial Consulting Services including: Strategic manpower planning, IT infrastructure requirements, and Management of divisional budget.  Desired Skills & Qualifications :   1. Should be a Chartered Accountant. with 9 - 15 years of strong experience.   2. Experience of working in consulting or advisory role is mandatory.   3. 9+ years of experience in finance, taxation and payroll.   4. They must have experience with international clients.  5. Should have handled a team of more than 10-12 people.   6. Should have experience setting up financial operations. (Mandatory)  7. Would prefer candidates coming from BIG 4, Advisory & Top CA firms.
