Role-Finance Head-Early-Stage Venture Fund

Location-Anywhere in India

Reporting-The role will report to Partner

Roles And Responsibilities:

- Own the overall finance process and work closely with external partners.

- Drive the overall fund accounting, and investor relationships while working closely with the investment team

- Preparation of MIS reports and investor presentation

- Get involved in financial due diligence of potential investee companies

Experience:

- CA or MBA Finance

- Proven experience in business finance or controllership in a start-up company

- Ability to drive overall function
