Tasks & Accountabilities:
- Drive the discussion in building the Financial. Operational Plan and frequently inform Management on the current Actuals/Forecast status.
- Helps developing the business case for new business and investments / benefits.
- Deliver Management Reporting for all business activities with local and European. Stakeholders, including audited Financial Accounts as required.
- Act as a strong business partner both locally and to the European Finance teams to provide performance management data for key decision making.
- Manage, lead and develop a finance team of approximately 8- 10 professionals.
- Oversee and control all purchasing requirements and payroll activity while following good cost accounting principles.
- Monitor cash balances and cash forecasts whilst maintaining an adequate cash position for the business needs.
- Secure and maintain a Controlled Business Environment, in particular on Finance key controls.
- Ensure that the company complies with all finance-related legal and regulatory requirements.
- Implementation of internal controls based on risk priority.
- Ensure sound control environment and effective internal control systems in place.
- Maintain right level of relationship with external bodies like STPI, Banks, Auditors etc.
- Provide consistent financial and resource reports, analyses the proposals for decision making.
- Must be also to work with all internal teams to close on audits and should be able to close on all statutory reporting on time.
- Ensure all the compliances and response to notices are closed appropriately on time
- Establish financial policies and procedures that address the financial and operational
- Risks, communicate with employees and enforcing the financial compliances.
Required skills:
- Must demonstrate good analytical skills.
- Qualified Chartered Accountant with10+ Years of experience in Finance/Business. Management in multinational environment
- Competence in driving financial and business planning
- Proactive Business Partner to all stakeholders, facilitating management decision making with financial expertise
- Experience in business strategy alignment
- Capacity to empower, develop, innovate and manage a diverse team
- Excellent communication skills both written and oral
