About the Company:

Our Client is the Indian arm of a leading UK-based venture builder, providing crucial support to their portfolio of innovative ventures across FinTech, EdTech, GovTech, Media, and more. The Role:

In this leadership role, you'll be the strategic architect of Our Clients financial success. You'll oversee all financial activities, providing expert guidance to senior management and driving impactful decision-making. From crafting insightful financial plans to implementing robust financial controls, you'll ensure the long-term financial health and stability of their organization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the development and execution of financial strategies aligned with Our Clients business goals.

- Manage financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.

- Optimize resource allocation and implement efficient cost and revenue models.

- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and record-keeping.

- Foster a high-performing finance team, providing mentorship and driving continuous learning.

- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in finance and accounting.

You'll be a great fit if you have:

- 9-11 years of experience in progressive finance roles, with leadership experience.

- Proven ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights.

- In-depth understanding of financial accounting principles and regulations.

- Proficiency in financial management software and advanced Excel skills.

- A CA qualification (mandatory) with additional certifications (CPA, CFA, MBA) a plus.

- Experience working in a high-growth tech environment (preferred).
