As the Head - Finance Shared Services, your responsibilities will include: - Accounting to Reporting - including statutory reporting, management reporting, and pool reporting - Procure to Pay (P2P) & Order to Cash (O2C) - Adhering to internal SLAs with production process ensuring service timeliness and service Quality - Overseeing finance and accounting for the India operations and managing the accounting, legal, tax, and treasury functions - Reporting financial results to the board of directors and shareholders of the company - Ensuring that record keeping meets the requirements of auditors and government agencies & also ensure that the company complies with all legal and regulatory requirements - Maintaining relations with external auditors and investigating their findings and recommendations - Assisting in formulating the company's future direction and supporting tactical initiatives - Participating in key decisions as a member of the executive management team Profile : As a successful Head - Finance Shared Services, you should be based in Mumbai City or willing to relocate.
