I have started STEPS after working in the industry for 16 yrs in HR.. My last Organisation was CSC. In the past worked with HCL, Nucleus S/w, NPI, DCM, Mitsui.

At this time we have a position in Finance

Head Finance Shared Services for a very Large MNC.

Location-Noida

Job Description :

Head : Finance Shared Services HCL Infosystems Ltd

Reporting to : CFO

- Growing and heading the operation for Finance Shared Services (mix of internal resources and external outsourced agency)

- Delivery management from the Shared Services to internal customers and cross functions

- Transitioning work for new process, process redesign, policies and procedures

- Internal Consulting and Functional Excellence

- Manpower planning & management at Shared Services ensuring the seamless transaction processing as per the defined SLAs.

- Monitoring the Team's performance and SLA management and taking the corrective actions in case of any tower lagging behind.

- Load distribution and management amongst the teams.

- Managing the performance and appraisals of whole team.

- Leading the Team building/ Management initiatives to keep the team morale high at all the times.

- Handling various escalations from the internal customers/ cross functions and ensuring timely resolution to all the queries.

- Driving the Customer Satisfaction through Delivery excellence and quality assurance.

- Networking with cross functions and external vendors/ customers for managing the expectations.

- Conducting periodic process assessments at Finance Shared Services leading to corrections/ re-engineering of processes.

- Leading and driving the technology improvements/ advancements to improve process efficiency and cost effectiveness of the Operations in conjunction with other enabling functions.

- Assessing and deploying various automation tools for continuous improvement of internal processes

- Leading internal Business consulting assignments like Manpower restructuring, Cost/ performance analysis as per the organisation need.

- Conducting periodic audits of the transactions processed at Shared Services and taking corrective actions.

- Handling any ad-hoc requirements from cross functions and arranging for timely delivery of reports.

- Handling the external and internal auditors and ensuring audits without any significant adverse remarks.
