- Taxation, Banking, Accounts Payable, Billing and Credit Control

- The integrity and accuracy of TEGI financial records

- Management of external audit processes

- The Company's cash and funding requirements are managed and working capital is managed optimally

- The Company complies with its tax filing requirements

- There is a platform in place for further migration of Group financial functions to India

- Oversee the accounting, balance sheet reconciliations and audits for group businesses and legal entities

- Continual review, improvement and streamlining of financial and management controls including new systems implementations and upgrades.

- Establishing and monitoring application of business and Group internal control policies and procedures.

- Liaise with Group Internal Audit and respond to control issues arising.

- Manage preparation of statutory accounts and annual audits

- Integrate new functions in the team
