Head - Sales - Finance - FMCG

Purpose of the position : Partner with Sales team to ensure on time management of sales budget & P&L, all sales receivables and management of controls and compliances.

General Responsibilities :

1) Preparation and monthly/quarterly monitoring of Sales Budget.

2) Preparation of monthly/quarterly Channel wise P&L and monitoring of financial performance of respective Sales channel.

3) Partner with Sales & Marketing team in identifying opportunities for GP improvement in categories, channels & markets.

4) Ensure on-time receivable management.

5) Perform all control account reconciliations which are part of revenue cycle.

6) Ensure fulfillment of all sales related statutory compliances.

7) Sales Accounting : Settlement of SS Claims, issuance of Credit & Debit Notes, issuance of SS account statement and related activities.

8) Putting in Place systems & processes for auditing of SS/Distributors and ensuring periodic completion of audit as per plan.

9) Ensuring that TADA & Incentive of Sales team is paid accurately and on time.
