Head - Finance - Real Estate - CA

Key Responsibilities Areas:

- Display expertise in the management of Profit and Loss (P&L) statements, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.

- Drive the annual budgeting process, financial forecasting, and preparation of financial reports and projections for accurate reporting.

- Handle internal and external audits effectively and manage statutory compliances in accordance with regulatory requirements.

- Monitor and control balance sheets, ensuring accurate and timely cost analysis and financial tracking.

- Manage periodic cash flows, provide insightful analysis, and deliver in-depth fund flow reports to the management.

- Possess comprehensive knowledge of tax planning, tax management, company law matters, trademarks and registration, and investor relations management.

- Take responsibility for financial planning and analysis of the business, providing strategic insights and recommendations.

- Demonstrate expertise in project management and a clear understanding of the stages of project implementation.

- Maintain and manage the Information Systems of the organization, ensuring accurate and secure financial data.

- Establish and maintain strong banking relationships, providing timely information to financial institutions.

Education Qualifications Required: CA (Rank Holder preferred) / MBA Finance with 15 - 25 years of experience in real estate industry, preferably Mumba
