Looking for a Finance Head (Chartered Accountant Only) for a Real Estate Company based out of Gurgaon Location.

Job Description

- GST-(Procedure and implications)

- TDS Income tax computation

- Company Act and compliance Act

- Statutory Records

- Accounting knowledge and interaction with statutory Audit

- Who can work without SAP Software

- Good Communication Skills

- He will be over all responsible for managing finance, accounts, taxation, fund raising etc. for the entire group

- Substantially handled the RERA, DTCP Audits & Statutory Audit, coordinating and fixing dates of audit

- Preparing the reply on audit notes and MIS reports

- Responsible for Direct/ Indirect Tax Compliance like TDS, Goods and Service Tax (GST), Income Tax, etc. including assessments

- Rendered financial insight and analysis to drive the business performance of the organization and make estimates of funds required for the short and long-term financial objectives of the organization

- Provide financial expertise in merges, acquisitions, and other strategic transactions

- Conduct due diligence and assess financial implications of potential business opportunities
