Accounting : - Finalization of Books of Accounts, Periodical closing, setting up Process, SOP, facing the Statutory audit, Internal audit and Concurrent Audit. Secretarial and Legal : - Company Secretary for listed entity belonging to Ispat Group; SEBI and Listing Agreement compliances as well as dealing with Independent Director, and Nominee directors of Banks/Financial Institutions. - Creation of Charges, Drafting of Annual Report, Director's report, Notice, Minutes of Board as well as General Meetings; Co-ordination with the Lawyers/Solicitor firms w.r.t. Cases under Negotiable instruments Act, Writ petition, Consumer and land acquisition cases. Tax : Filing of Income Tax Returns, GST Returns, ensuring Assessment under various provisions i.e. Scrutiny, revision Assessment, the filing of Appeal before ITAT Business Development : - Support Chairman w.r.t. acquiring smaller CA/Consulting firms follows ups etc. - Lead land acquisitions at Ahmedabad, township projects. Continuous follow up with - Landowners/ Brokers etc. - Leasing of Property thru various agencies, SCO etc. P&amp;L Management : - Responsible for profitability and top-line as well as bottom-line of Centre Square Sakshi Ahuja
