- Envision and drive the financial plan for the organization by contributing financial and accounting information, analysis, and recommendations.

- Establishing functional objectives in line with business objectives.

- Develop a reliable cash flow projection process and reporting mechanism that includes minimum cash threshold to meet operating needs.

- Develop organization prospects by studying economic trends and revenue opportunities, analyzing organization operations, identifying opportunities for improvement, cost reduction, systems enhancement, accumulating capital to fund expansion and address financial risk.

- Monitor financial performance by measuring and analyzing results, initiating corrective actions, minimizing the impact of variances.

- Liaise with parent group and ensure funds management and cash flow.

- Report financial status by developing forecasts, reporting results, analyzing variances, developing improvements.

- Ensure healthy relationships with banks and other institutions and thereby manage funds efficiently.

- Drive financial controls, accounting procedure and compliance as per IND AS.

- Update job knowledge by remaining aware of new regulations, participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks, participating in professional organizations.
