Our client is a leading international private equity firm
Job Description:
- Manage all accounting operations based on accounting principles
- Working with a set of team from funds administrator including liaising with auditors, consultants, bankers etc
- Prepare budget and financial forecasts
- Manage taxation, tax compliance, compute taxes and prepare tax returns, balance sheet, profit/loss statement etc
- Develop periodic reports for management
- Look after compliances, financial & regulatory reporting
- Manage preparation of financial statements and related schedules, statutory audit for FY
The Successful Applicant:
- CA by qualification
- Proven working experience as in a relevant field, ideally between 8-12 years of experience in finance with a buy side firm, PE, Big 4 accounting firms or fund service providers
- Broad experience of finance, accounts, audit and taxation
- Thorough knowledge of fund accounting
- Good business acumen, hands-on experience in excel modelling
- Experience of working in Big 4 accounting firms
