Head - Finance Planning & Analysis - BFSI - CA

Key Responsibilities :

- Meet Board and Investor requirements on reporting

- Analytics Review P&L to drive profitability in a structured manner

- Get into details of business drivers and bring them to the discussion

- Automate reporting and processes to bring efficiency into timelines

- 1st/2nd attempt CA only apply

- Preparation of the budget and financial forecast and reporting of variances

- Ability to work with business and operations team in

Must have Competencies :

- CA with 7 8 years of experience

- The strong background on Financial Planning and Analysis in a leadership role

- Strong understanding of business and industry

- Extremely good at numbers

- Effective communication and interpersonal skills

We are looking for candidates with 1st/2nd attempt only and having an excellent academic record is mandatory ( minimum 60% mandatory)

- Candidate working with NBFC would be preferred.

- Candidates having minimum experience of 7 years in the role Manager -financial planning & analysis would be preferred.
