Client: Pharma & food testing lab ( MNC company)

Position: Finance Head

Qualification: CA Qualified with 10+ years Exp

- CANDIDATE MUST BE CA PASSED OUT WITH VAST EXPEREINCE IN FINANCE,BOOKKEEPING, MIS , ACCOUNTS AND INTERNATIONAL ACCOUNTING

1. The incumbent is responsible for active Management and control of Finance, Accounting and Tax functions of India operations.

2. Budget management, Bookkeeping , Forecasting MIS, preparation of Monthly reports and Operational controls. & Financial Controls

3. Effectively implementing the Finance policies and SOP"s.

4. Knowledge in the process of Amalgamation, Treasury matters

5. Strong in the procurement controls

6. Responsible and monitoring revenue and finds allocation , collection of outstanding.

7. Advising to management from time-to-time inventory and budgetary costs.

8. Attending all kinds of Financial/accounts related Audits .

9. Timely preparation of financial reports , Balance sheets, tax returns, GST, and Tax compliances.

10. Safeguard financial physical and other assets of the organization.

11. Cost management initiatives and Loans, Funds raising activities

12. Attend Board meetings and present financial statements.

13. Actively involving the Management of Finance, Collection and procurement , inventory controls.

14. Exposure in International teams handling

15. Knowledge in SAP, ERP, Tally etc
