Weddingz.in is India's largest wedding co, and now a part of OYO - World's 3rd largest hotel chain. Head of Finance Operations will be accountable for setting up robust processes related to collection, invoicing and payments and ensure processes are adhered Job Description -&nbsp; - Understand the current business and understand finance related issues therein - Setup robust processes around: Collection from venues, Invoicing to clients, Payments to venues etc - Create models to do real time reconciliation with partners - Track processes to ensure no deviation - Build short term and long term forecast for the company and track achievement to plan [for revenue and costs] - Review costs regularly and suggest ways to optimize - Review all deals and contracts and suggest financial risks Requirements - CA must - Must have prior experience in setting up finance operations [specially collections and reconciliation] - Analytical and self-driven - Strategic thinker - Thinks and behaves like an entrepreneur - Open to travel to Delhi
