Head Finance for a new NBFC in Mumbai

As AVP - Finance & Accounts, the role requires reports to the Director - Finance in business decisions to drive business deliverables by strengthening controls related to lending and operating activities, developing a road-map to move the business towards our business model with best in class cost to income

- Building a low cost liability franchise through various routes and instruments such as term loans, NCDs, CCPS, Co-origination, Co-lending loans, Refinance and to raise capital/ debt.

- Automate all reporting and information

- Chartered Accountant with 10 yrs + experience with HFCs, NBFCs, Banks, in Finance & Accounts.

- Experienced in working in high revenue growth environment with proven ability to partner with leadership team to deliver revenue growth.

- Big picture thinking and expertise in strategy definition and execution, drafting market opportunity based business plan, shareholder and bank relations, M&A, debt and equity fund raising, debt refinancing, P&L management, reporting, budget & control, treasury, tax, change management, systems development, restructuring and risk management.
