Head - Finance - Manufacturing/FMCG/Consumer Durable

The Position is Part of the Core Team of the Top Management and the Individual shall be Completely responsible for the overall Finance & Accounts of the organization

The Main/Principal Responsibilities include:

- Shall be the part of the core management team.

- Create, Implement and Monitor the suitable Accounts, Finance & Legal Management Processes, including supporting finance and accounting systems to streamline the Finance Department.

- Establish and maintain appropriate internal controls.

- Shall require to manage entire Financial Accounting, MIS, Budgeting, Controlling, Treasury, Corporate taxation, Project accounting & monitoring, Production accounting & costing, Legal and Company Secretarial function.

- Provide objective and analytical insights on Financial Impact and soundness of business decisions to the top management

Any other jobs/assignments entrusted the seniors

Key result areas

- Evolving and implementing Finance, Costing & Reporting systems.

- Timely and accurate Financial Accounting and Audits as per applicable Accounting standards.

Timely and accurate Forecasting and MIS reporting.

Compliances and timely Assessments under various Direct and Indirect Taxes, and Transfer Pricing.

- Ensure that business and activities are consistent with legal norms and group regulations.

- Follow developments in financial markets for optimization of financing costs.

- Compilation and implementation of the goals according to company goals and achievement of goals.

- Build up and steering of an organizational structure, so that employees are trained and motivated, have the necessary skills to work effectively in the allocated task area and to work as a team.

- Preparation and realization of target agreements and target achievement discussions, assessments, salary and bonus decisions.

Build up and support of a leadership system.

Candidate Profile :

- Bachelor in Commerce & Qualified Chartered Accountant/MBA (Finance) aged 35-48 with 12-20 years relevant experience MNC Manufacturing Organizations. Should have independently handled full range of Accounting, Audit, Finance, Costing, Taxation, Company Secretarial and Legal Aspects. Must be familiar with IFRS, ERP, Transfer Pricing, Works-Accounting and must be from Processed Foods / FMCG / Dairy / Pharma / Packaging industry.

- Excellent Verbal, Written and Interpersonal Communication.

- Very Good working knowledge of Computers & MS Office

- Very Strong Coordination Skills

- Smart and Knowledgeable.

- Able to work independently

- Very High Level of Personal Integrity & Ethics

- Should have experience in working with start-ups, where he/she has set up system and process to streamline the Finance Department.

- Strong leader with excellent analytical and interpersonal skills

- Moderate Out Door work/Travel
