Our clients are looking for an accomplished Finance Professional to be based in Pune to take ownership of all Finance functions. Will be a part of the Senior Leadership Team and report to the CEO.

Ideal candidates must be able to demonstrate a high degree of initiative, ownership, and integrity and possess a strong entrepreneurial drive and vision.

Job Profile:

1. Management: Managing and monitoring finance functions/matters; developing and implementing finance policies & strategies that support business objectives.

2. Strategic Finance: Identify and execute opportunities for M&As

3. Oversee banking, fund management, working capital, and cost-optimization

4. Finalisation, Cost Audit, Direct Tax, Indirect Tax & Subsidy

5. MIS, Finance Dashboard with Variance Analysis, Ratio Analysis & Reports

6. Implement systems & automation

Candidate Profile:

1. Education: CA

2. Should have 10-20 years of experience in Finance & Accounts of manufacturing organizations of which the recent few years must be heading the finance function of mid-sized organizations

3. Must have had some experience in listed companies (current company or earlier) and subsidiaries of foreign companies

The position is expected to be closed in the next 4 weeks.
