HIRING Head of Finance : a Largest Global IT Services Company in India

Role & Responsibilities :

Strategy, Planning and Management :

- Assess and evaluate financial performance of organization with regards to long-term operational goals, budgets and forecasts.

- Provide insight and recommendations to both short-term and long-term growth plan of organization.

Financial Analysis, Budgeting and Forecasting :

- Financial strategies, analysis, forecasting and Budget management.

- Oversee Fund raising (debt), overseas working capital management, project financing, Risk Management, balance sheet reconciliation & substantiation in a complex matrix environment.

Accounting, Business Finance and Operations :

- Oversee daily operations of the finance and accounting department.

- Oversee Business Finance - Pricing and Costing.

- Oversee all aspects of accounting operations such as receivables, payables, payroll and financial reporting.

Knowledge and Experience :

- Experienced in handling Global geographies like US, APAC and EMEA.

- Knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, Financial risk management, Project evaluation & Financing, Performance analysis and review.

- Outstanding knowledge and understanding of GAAP, IFRS, SOX compliance and SEC reporting.
