Finance Head

The Head - Finance & Accounts (HFA) is responsible for shall be responsible for Accounting, Taxation and regulatory compliances, Finance and Financial processes, MIS, decision support and Investment evaluation.

- The HFA shall focus on providing decision support by analyzing the business performance, identifying drivers, trends, and patterns for optimization.

- The HFA shall also evaluate the viability of investment opportunities for organic and inorganic growth.

- The HFA shall coordinate the Budgeting activity, analyze the actual performance with respect to the Budgets/ Targets and provide actionable inputs.

- The HFA position is critical for the Company in achieving its growth plans.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Essential F&A functions:

- Accounting: Record to Report process including Statutory and Internal Audit of the company.

- Taxation: Taxation and regulatory compliance including GST, TDS, Income Tax returns etc.

- Finance: Financial Management including working capital management, banking relationships etc.

- Vendor Payments

- Systems & process: Institute and implement good systems and practices.

Decision Support, Budgeting and MIS:

Education, skills, and traits:

- CA with ~15 years of relevant experience in the IT services industry.

- Experience in M&A/ Strategy role (preferable).

- Experience of managing US entity books (preferable).

- Expertise in Financial modeling.
