- Define strategy for India region - Head all local accounting processes including general ledger account analysis, fixed assets, payroll, AP, AR, GL, audit reviews and risk management - Implement, plan, develop, organize, and evaluate the financial function and performance - Lead change management to enable team growth and expansion - Maintain system of internal control in accordance with compliance requirements - Financial modeling and analysis to support value and wealth creation by identifying opportunities for improved financial management, the maximization of internal resources and general business growth - Evaluate and advise on the impact of long range planning, introduction of new programs/strategies, and/or expansion into new regions, including regulatory and tax implications of operating in new jurisdictions - Evaluate finance team structure and plan for continual improvement of the efficiency and effectiveness of the group as well as provide opportunities for professional development and personal growth of individuals - Work closely with various internal groups to understand business requirements, implement new processes, and contribute to ongoing process improvements - Provide direction and assistance to other organizational units regarding accounting and budgeting policies and procedures, and efficient control and utilization of financial resources - Aspirants should be open to align with US workshift timings.
