Head - Finance - Internet/Online

Title : Head Finance

Reporting to : CEO

- Enhancing financial & accounting processes for facilitating growth of organizations.

- Handling end to end financial and management reporting, policy formulation and compliance.

- Overseeing the preparation and presentation of MIS reports; efficient in analyzing revenue / performance of business / bottlenecks to make strategic decisions and formulate future objectives as well as operational procedures for the organization / investors

- Comprehensive experience in managing consolidation of Balance Sheet & Profit & Loss Account as per time & accuracy parameters; IGAAP, Auditing Guidelines

- Strong exposure and understanding of business strategy, planning and implementation; expertise in designing/ implementing systems & procedures in coordination with group heads to achieve cost control & financial discipline.

- Liaising with banks, investors, financial institutions as well as other stakeholders (government and regulators) at top levels for achieving the funding (capex / opex) and project investment requirements.
