Candidate should have 15 years experience in a Tier 1 manufacturing company or OEM. Extensive hands-on knowledge of the following : Accounting systems of manufacturing industries. Banking systems and Financial instruments. Corporate laws and governance relating to Accounting. Taxation Laws and Tax Planning. Audit and Reconciliation systems.   2. Well versed in these areas - ERP systems. Cash flow and Fund flow management. Preparing MIS reports. Preparing Financial Health reports. Preparing Financial Projections and Ratios. Preparing Business reports for Fund Raising. Preparing Budgets.
