Key requirements of the role :

- Ability to manage the Balance sheet of a mortgage finance company

- Ability to raise the resources for the company thru Debt / Equity and other instruments

- Complete understanding of the regulatory requirements of a housing finance company

- Ability to manage all the stake holders

- Handling Internal / External and statutory auditors
