- Assist in statutory, internal, & tax audits and preparation of the annual statutory accounts.

- Responsible for Month close activities and preparation of MIS

- Preparation of annual budgets and quarterly rollover Forecasts.

- Preparation of balance sheet schedules on monthly basis.

- Preparation of Intercompany reconciliation on monthly basis along with invoicing and settlement.

- Responsible for foreign payments to group companies on monthly basis

- Review and approval of payment runs including verification of invoices when required.

- Responsible for maintaining the fixed asset register.

- Handling all tax related matters of company.

- Assisting in Preparation and filing of all tax returns for Indian and Singapore Entities.

- To ensure proper deduction of TDS and service tax and maintaining proper workings.

- Assisting in filing TDS, GST and Service Tax returns.

- Compilation of information for assessment of Income Tax, Service Tax, Transfer Pricing and other litigation matters.

- Tracking changes in law and monitor compliance, implementation of necessary changes in system. -
